Support is excellent and multi media, by which I mean live support with video conferencing, which I am biased about because one… It is really effective and easy to talk to someone and discuss the support issue face to face, two because it’s in real time and if they are busy you can see it, and you know where you are in the queue… Never long in my own experience of using the gogvo live support room.
There is the twenty four hour seven days a week… every single day of the year support room run on the submit a ticket support system.
For short 24/7/365 ticket support I had to nerve to question supports efficiency once recently due to a problem one of my downline had and Tracie in capital letters soon put me right… Sorry TRACIE! (Note to self don’t upset TRACIE : )
My own experience of using the support desk for a piece of code etc as an example…. For something I wanted to do on a website has always been positive! If it was otherwise I wouldn’t stick around my sites uptime etc is too important!
Downtime witness
Which ties in nicely with this little bit of software that Gogvo includes in the titanium hosting package. Downtime witness is software that monitors your websites uptime and notifies you via email text or bleep if your website goes down!
You also get the resell rights and can use the software to create an income stream people do pay for services like this! The software can also monitor your competitions websites….
